Free home visiting services are available to:
  • Anyone who is pregnant or has an infant 3 months old or younger.
  • Anyone under 21 who is pregnant or has an infant 6 months old or younger.
  • Adoptive parents of an infant 12 months or younger.
  • Kinship placements of an infant 12 months or younger.
