We can help! Maine Families offers a free and voluntary home visiting program available for all pregnant people, expectant couples, and parents or primary caregivers of young children in Maine. Our Family Visitors offer trusted information and support for you and your baby as you grow together. Thousands of families have already benefited from the support of Maine Families!
Our Family Visitors can talk with you about:

- Planning for a new baby
- Baby and child health care
- Immunization
- Nutrition
- Feeding (bodyfeeding and formula)
- Child growth and development

Eligibility:
Free home visiting services are available to:
- ALL people who are pregnant and all primary caregivers of babies up to 3 months of age.
- Young parent(s) (under the age of 21) with babies up to 6 months of age.
- Families who adopted or began kinship placement with a child under the age of one (12 months) within the last 3 months.
